Soup: Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice


Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sliced
carrot
1/2 cup sliced
celery
1/3 cup
wild rice
1/3 cup sliced
onion
1/2 teaspoon
dried thyme
2 tablespoons
butter
3 tablespoons
flour
1
cup half-and-half cream
1 1/2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
Directions
1.Mix broth, carrots, celery, uncooked rice, onions, thyme, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
2.Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour, until the rice is tender.
3.Melt butter, stir in the flour, then the half-half.
4.Cook and stir 1 minute. Slowly add half-half mixture to the rice mixture, stirring constantly. Stir in the chicken and heat through.

Tabouli


Tabouli is a Lebanese salad and is often served as part of a meza appetizer assortment, as well as on its own.

the ingredients:

. 1 cup medium bulgur wheat.

. 2-3 bunches parsley.

. 1-2 bunch of fresh mint.

. 2 bunches green onion.

. 4-5 ripe firm tomato.

. 3-5 lemon of,to taste.

. 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil.

. salt.


how to make it?


1-you have to wash the vegetables very well ( onion- tomato-parsley- mint).

2- chop the vegetables in very small pieces.

3- mix the ingredients together.

4- put the lemon and the olive oil.

5- put some salt.

6- put the salad in bowl with some leaves of lettuce.


it is very healthy because it is all green and doesn't have fat or cholesterol.

If i could be an animal... i would like be a bee.

Before i say why! i like to know you what bee does it mean...

The bee are flying insects closely related to wasps and ants, they are adapted for feeding on nectar and pollen to make a very sweet liquid, its called honey, and the bees maybe solitary or may live in various type of communities.

They live together in very organize way, and every group of bees have a queen.

I would like to be a bee, because it is useful for human and it is very organise.

07/09/1984.

I have been here in Australia since 10/08/2007,i have a good time here,met different people, it is really a very beautiful country,clean and quiet.
But i always miss my family and my old life.
